Job summary

BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is seeking a Finance Manager – Projects to provide financial support to the Training Services Project Team, including reporting, forecasts and IBP baselines. You will ensure compliance with finance policies and deliver accurate project financials, while supporting bid and project teams and driving process improvements.

The role requires qualified accounting credentials, strong communication skills, and experience in project accounting, financial planning and reporting

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong knowledge of finance functions, project accounting and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across levels.
• Ability to drive tasks to completion and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support and direction to bid and project teams.
• Lead financial planning, reporting and IBP-related activities for projects.
• Coordinate audits with external auditors and ensure timely information.
• Maintain strong internal controls over financial reporting.
• Support transformation and process improvements in project accounting.
