Job summary

AimGulf is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations within our Logistics & Facilities Management portfolio in Saudi Arabia. You will lead budgeting, consolidation, and financial planning aligned with strategic objectives, while ensuring strong governance and control environments.

You will drive cash flow forecasting, month-end and year-end closes, and deliver accurate management reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA is a strong advantage.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems, MS Dynamics, and IFRS standards.
• Knowledge of Zakat and tax requirements in Saudi Arabia.

• Prepare and monitor financial statements, management reports, and leadership dashboards.

Job Title: Finance Manager (Logistics & Facilities Management)

Our client is a leading large-scale company in the field of Logistics and Facility Management. We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure robust governance, and provide strategic insights to support sustainable operational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation, consolidation, and monitoring of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of accurate financial statements, management accounts, and performance reports for leadership.
• Monitor actual financial performance against budgets, analyze operational cost variances, and recommend corrective actions to optimize profitability.
• Direct cash flow forecasting, liquidity, working capital management, and banking relations to secure sufficient operational funding.
• Direct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing cycles, ensuring complete reconciliations, asset safeguarding, and strong internal controls.
• Ensure strict adherence to accounting standards (IFRS), statutory regulations, and Zakat and tax requirements while managing external audits.
• Drive process automation, internal control enhancements, and reporting tool optimizations across financial operations.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 12 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.

Education Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA is a strong advantage.
