Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, planning, consolidation, and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Financial reporting: statements, management accounts and performance reports.
• Variance and cost analysis to optimize profitability.
• Treasury and liquidity: cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Period-end closings: month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes.
• Statutory and tax compliance, including IFRS and Zakat/tax.

Our client is a leading large-scale company in the field of Logistics and Facility Management. We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure robust governance and provide strategic insights to support sustainable operational growth

Key Responsibilities

• Budgeting amp Planning Lead the preparation consolidation and monitoring of annual budgets financial forecasts and long-term financial plans aligned with corporate objectives
• Financial Reporting Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of accurate financial statements management accounts and performance reports for leadership
• Variance amp Cost Analysis Monitor actual financial performance against budgets analyze operational cost variances and recommend corrective actions to optimize profitability
• Treasury amp Liquidity Direct cash flow forecasting liquidity working capital management and banking relations to secure sufficient operational funding
• Period-End Closings Direct month-end quarter-end and year-end closing cycles ensuring complete reconciliations asset safeguarding and strong internal controls
• Statutory amp Tax Compliance Ensure strict adherence to accounting standards IFRS statutory regulations and Zakat and tax requirements while managing external audits
• Process Improvement amp Systems Drive process automation internal control enhancements and reporting tool optimizations across financial operations

Requirements

• Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance CPA or CMA is a strong advantage

• Languages Fluent in Arabic and English written and verbal
