Job summary

Confidential Manufacturing Company in the Riyadh Region is seeking a Finance Manager to lead day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and reporting.

You will prepare financial statements, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with auditors, and drive cost efficiency and profitability with data-driven insights. You will also mentor the finance team and strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance in the region.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; advanced data analysis.
• Ability to lead a finance team and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills, detail-oriented.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics; CPA/CMA advantageous.
• Experience as Finance Manager or in a similar senior role in Riyadh Region or comparable markets.
• Strong English communication; Arabic beneficial.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role based in the Riyadh Region. The Finance Manager will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, and coordinating with external auditors and stakeholders. The Finance Manager will analyze financial performance, identify variances, and propose actions to improve profitability and cost efficiency. This role also includes managing the finance team, refining internal controls, supporting strategic planning, and contributing to key business decisions with clear, data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, with the ability to interpret and present financial data clearly.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance relevant to the region.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, as well as advanced skills in spreadsheet and data analysis tools.
• Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams, manage cross-functional collaboration, and build effective stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent are an advantage.
• Experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar senior finance role, preferably within the Riyadh Region or comparable markets.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is beneficial.
