Finance Manager – Fast growing fitness brand • GymNation | Riyadh

Salary: SAR 16,000 – 20,000 per month

GymNation, the Middle East’s fastest-growing fitness brand, is continuing its rapid expansion across Saudi Arabia and is now hiring a Finance Manager to support and strengthen its KSA finance operation. Role

As Finance Manager for Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for the day-to-day finance and accounting operations across the Kingdom, ensuring strong reporting, compliance and financial control.

In the early phase, the role will be hands-on and delivery focused, covering audits, VAT, reporting and controls. Over time, as the business and team grow, the role will naturally develop into a more strategic finance partner position, supporting senior leadership with planning, performance analysis and commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations in KSA
• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial statements
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and cashflow monitoring
• Handle VAT, ZATCA filings and compliance
• Support and coordinate statutory audits
• Produce MIS reports, variance analysis and management dashboards
• Maintain and improve financial controls and processes
• Support senior management with financial insights
• Guide and support junior accounting staff

• Strong knowledge of KSA VAT, ZATCA and local regulations
• Experience producing financial statements, MIS and management reports
• Strong Excel and ERP skills
• The ambition to progress into a broader finance leadership role
