Job summary

The First Group in Jeddah is seeking a Finance Executive to manage daily financial operations, ensure accurate records, and support timely reporting. The role involves invoicing, reconciliations, and overseeing AP/AR, with collaboration across departments to maintain budgetary control.

Ideal candidates will have a finance or accounting background, knowledge of accounting principles, and proficiency in Excel; hospitality experience is a plus for this role in the hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Saudi national.
• Experience in finance or accounting; hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Record and review daily financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, payment requests, expense reports, and supporting documents.
• Reconcile bank accounts, cash, and payment transactions.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist with monthly closing, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate and well-organised financial records.
• Support audits and ensure finance procedures follow company policies and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments on budgets, costs, and financial documentation.
