You will lead financial planning, model feasibility, funding strategies and governance for high-end developments, supporting strategic investment decisions and long-term growth.

Qualifications

Saudi national with senior finance experience in real estate development.
Professional finance qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA or CFA desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, management and reporting aligned with development strategies.
Provide financial guidance on investments, project performance and opportunities.
Develop and maintain financial controls, reporting frameworks and processes.
Support evaluation of new development opportunities and growth strategy.
Oversee financial performance of development projects through lifecycle.
Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections and reporting.
Monitor expenditure against budgets; identify risks and recommend actions.
Collaborate with development, commercial and project teams to meet objectives.
Assess profitability, performance and return on investment.
