Qualifications

• Proven experience in finance leadership within luxury hospitality, hotels, resorts, or complex service-driven environments.
• Strategic mindset with ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights.
• Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability enhancement.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, ownership groups, and cross-functional teams.
• Leadership style that encourages accountability, development, transparency, and high performance.
• Genuine appreciation for luxury hospitality and understanding of how financial strategy supports guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the hotel’s financial strategy, aligned with property objectives.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business analysis to maximise profitability.
• Provide strategic guidance to GM and Executive Committee on opportunities, risks and performance trends.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, audit, compliance, tax, and control processes with integrity.
• Manage working capital, cash flow, and financial resources in line with owner expectations.
