Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced finance professional to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, reporting, and compliance, supporting the financial controller in implementing the hotel's accounting strategy.

You'll supervise staff, verify balances, reconcile accounts, and prepare monthly management reports, while ensuring timely tax payments and adherence to policy. English proficiency and strong Excel skills are essential, with at least five years in a similar role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and relevant hotel Finance and non-finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations and mentor staff.
• Verify daily card balances and obtain Director of Finance approval.
• Ensure accurate General Cashier reports and daily revenue deposits.
• Perform month-end reconciliations and flag variances.
• Review monthly reports (F&B, Cost Controller) per policy.
• Ensure timely tax payments and filings.
• Prepare monthly management reports.
• Support Financial Controller on policy, budgeting, analysis, and ad hoc duties.
• Maintain orderly accounting records and contracts.
• Stay updated with regulations and Accor policies.
