Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent financial certification is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
• Prior experience in construction, contracting, or infrastructure conglomerates is a must.
• Deep understanding of KSA financial regulations, taxation (including VAT and Zakat), and compliance frameworks.
• Proven leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the financial strategy, planning and forecasts in alignment with the company s strategic goals
• Lead budgeting, financial reporting, risk management and internal control systems
• Ensure compliance with strong Saudi Arabian Zakat, tax and VAT laws, including timely and accurate filings
• Supervise all financial operations across subsidiaries, joint ventures and group entities
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants and legal advisors on all financial matters
• Monitor cash flow, treasury and capital structuring to ensure strong liquidity and optimized financial performance
• Evaluate investment and project feasibility through financial modeling and ROI analysis
• Drive cost control, margin improvement initiatives and resource allocation efficiency
• Implement ERP systems and ensure effective financial data management
• Advise senior leadership on risk, strategy and business performance from a financial perspective
• Lead and mentor finance teams across different branches and subsidiaries
