Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive financial leadership in real estate and private-office operations.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, CMA or CA.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; strong board/family communications.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi real estate market dynamics, zakat/tax regulations and banking.
• Strong hands-on financial management, governance and IT-finance integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic financial planning and multi-year budgeting for diverse asset classes.
• Oversee capital expenditure, investments and capital structure with board reporting.
• Direct financial operations, risk management and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
• Provide executive-level insights to family office principals and management.
• Ensure liquidity management, asset protection and cross-border oversight.
