Talent Blueprint FZ LLC in Riyadh, KSA, is seeking a Finalizer to support a major multi-sports event. You will adapt and prepare artwork for production, ensuring print-ready files for suppliers and keeping branding aligned with guidelines.

Working with the branding team, you will coordinate with suppliers, revise artwork as needed, and deliver organized files on schedule, while operating from your own laptop.

• Coordinate artwork requirements and revisions with the branding team.
• Liaise with suppliers to clarify artwork specifications and production requirements.
• Make amendments and corrections to artwork based on supplier or branding team feedback.
• Ensure final artwork files are properly organised and delivered within project timelines.
• Support the wider Branding / Venue Dressing team with artwork finalisation as required.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Finalizer to support a major multi-sports event in KSA, working as part of the Branding / Venue Dressing team. The role will focus on adapting and preparing artwork for production, ensuring designs are accurately converted into ready-to-print files for suppliers. The successful candidate will work closely with the branding team and suppliers to ensure artwork meets the required specifications and is delivered accurately and on time. This position is open to candidates who are already based in Riyadh / Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Re-adapt and prepare existing designs and artwork into the required ready-to-print formats.
• Produce accurate, production-ready artwork files for suppliers.
• Prepare artwork according to required dimensions, specifications, formats, and production requirements.
• Adapt artwork for large-format printing and venue dressing applications.
• Review artwork carefully to ensure accuracy, consistency, and print readiness.
• Coordinate artwork requirements and revisions with the branding team.

Required Skills

• Strong experience preparing ready-to-print artwork.
• Good understanding of large-format printing and production artwork.
• Ability to adapt existing designs into different sizes, formats, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good understanding of artwork preparation for suppliers and production teams.
• Ability to work with branding guidelines and maintain consistency across final artwork.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced event environment.
• Experience in event branding, venue dressing, signage, or large-scale graphics is highly desirable.
• Must have own laptop capable of running required design and artwork software.

Required Qualifications

• Portfolio required, demonstrating experience in print-ready artwork and artwork finalisation, ideally including:
  • Print-ready files
  • Large-format artwork
  • Event branding artwork
  • Venue dressing artwork
  • Signage and graphics
  • Artwork adaptations and production files

Experience Requirement

Minimum 1+ year of experience in the events industry, graphic design, artwork finalisation, print production, or an equivalent field.

Location / Work Mode

Riyadh, KSA - Local candidates only, must currently be resident in Riyadh / Saudi Arabia.
