Job summary

Talent BluePrint FZ LLC in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Scenic Designer 2 - Assets to lead the operational delivery of two major festival sites. You will design assets such as photo spots, booths, game props, majlis seating, merchandise displays and branded items, and prepare fabrication-ready files.

Freelancers are welcome for a short-term project contract (Oct 2026 – Nov 2026) with on-site work in Riyadh/Jeddah.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as a Scenic Designer or related role.
• Experience designing assets for events and experiential projects.
• Proficiency with fabrication and technical drawings.
• Skilled in 3D design software.
• Freelancers welcome; short-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Design individual scenic assets including photo spots, booths, game props and branded installations.
• Develop designs for interactive elements such as football mini-golf and football darts.
• Design guest-facing elements including coffee-house majlis seating and merchandise-store shirt walls.
• Produce fabrication drawings and production-ready files for workshops and fabricators.
• Develop 3D models, visuals and technical details to communicate designs clearly.
• Work closely with the scenic team, fabricators and production teams to refine designs and resolve technical requirements.
• Support assets through fabrication, installation and on-site delivery, ensuring the final build matches the approved design.

Role Summary

The role will support the scenic team by designing and developing individual assets, including photo spots, booths, game props, majlis seating, merchandise displays and branded items, and preparing fabrication-ready files.

• Develop designs for interactive elements such as football mini-golf and football darts.
• Design guest-facing elements including coffee-house majlis seating and merchandise-store shirt walls.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as a Scenic Designer, 3D Designer, Set Designer or similar role.
• Experience designing physical assets, installations, props or environments for events, exhibitions, entertainment, theatre or experiential projects.
• Strong understanding of fabrication, materials, construction and installation.
• Proficiency in 3D design and modelling software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Vectorworks or similar.
• Ability to produce accurate fabrication and technical drawings.
• Available for a short-term project contract; freelancers are welcome to apply.
