Job summary

TANINT Recruitment is seeking an experienced FSO Site Engineer to lead field deployment across Saudi Arabia. You will manage end-to-end site implementation for RAN, transmission, power, and related telecom infrastructure, coordinating with project managers, NOC teams, customers, and subcontractors.

The role focuses on installation, integration, commissioning, testing, and acceptance, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's in Telecommunications, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
3-5 years of telecom field operations, deployment, or site engineering experience.
Hands-on Ericsson RBS 6000 installation and integration experience.
Strong knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G RAN technologies and site QA standards.
Experience with fault troubleshooting and site safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Execute site installation, integration, commissioning, and acceptance activities.
Deliver RAN, transmission, and power infrastructure deployments per specs.
Supervise field engineers, technicians, and subcontractors for quality delivery.
Monitor progress, milestones, and timely project delivery; keep records.
Coordinate with NOC/remote teams for integration and troubleshooting.
Perform alarm clearance, fault isolation, and corrective maintenance.
Support RF installation, testing, and optimization readiness activities.
Prepare site documentation and customer acceptance records.
Ensure compliance with customer specs, standards, and procedures.
Enforce HSE requirements across all site activities.
