In this critical leadership and technical role, you will be responsible for leading on-site wireless installation teams, overseeing the deployment, commissioning, and optimization of Huawei 4G and 5G network equipment, and ensuring strict adherence to project timelines and safety standards. You will leverage your deep expertise in Huawei wireless products (BBU, RRU, AAU, eNodeB/gNodeB) and Huawei certifications (HCWE, HCNA, HCNP, or HCIE Wireless) to drive operational excellence across mission-critical telecommunications infrastructure in Saudi Arabia.
As a Team Leader at Knetco, you will take full on-site ownership of wireless network deployment teams, field commissioning workflows, and site performance optimization across KSA. Your day-to-day responsibilities include directing tower technicians and riggers, installing and configuring Huawei wireless infrastructure, troubleshooting complex RF and transmission issues, and ensuring seamless collaboration between field crews and back-office engineering. You will manage safety compliance on-site, coordinate equipment logistics, verify valid work visas or transferable Iqamas, and maintain accurate deployment documentation. Furthermore, you will act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations, ensuring high availability and optimal performance for 4G and 5G cellular networks.
