Job summary

IntelliSense.io in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Mining Technology Engineer (Metallurgist) to lead AI-driven optimization of mineral processing plants across the region. You will work with site metallurgists, plant managers and operations teams to identify performance gains and translate insights into digital models for sustained value.

This role requires a degree in Metallurgy or related field, 3+ years of plant metallurgical experience, and the ability to travel to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• A degree in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of hands‑on plant metallurgical experience in a mining operation.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills highly valued for Saudi operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of AI-driven optimisation solutions within mineral processing plants across Saudi Arabia.
• Translate metallurgical testwork and operational insights into digital models and performance improvement strategies.
• Monitor and validate improvements in throughput, recovery, and reagent consumption.
• Provide training and ongoing technical support to site teams to ensure adoption and sustained value.
