Job summary

Nalco Water is seeking a Field Service Representative for its Energy Services group. The role involves autonomous, hands-on work, executing service plans with Sales Representatives in strategic district accounts and delivering problem-solving support to customers.

You will build strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction and contribute to site improvements. The position emphasizes field service, technical support, and collaboration with Sales to optimize operations and deliver reliable

Qualifications

• Technical degree or HS diploma with industry experience.
• 25% overnight travel required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• No immigration sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine service support to Sales Representatives in strategic district accounts.
• Assist sales with plant surveys of prospective customers.
• Assist with start-ups of new applications in both existing customers and new accounts.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders in strategic district accounts.
• Provide technical support to customers and resolve pain points.
• Analyze systems, interpret data, and write recommendations to optimize operations.
• Support services include sampling, maintenance, reporting, ordering, inventory management and general labor.
• Support Nalco Champion innovations in strategic accounts.
• Possible travel within assigned territory.
• Coordinate and troubleshoot jobs.
