The candidate will train super-users, understand customer requirements, and collaborate with account managers to enhance service performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Provide first line troubleshooting for most Canon products
- Aim for high first-time fix rate with minimal recalls
- Use CAESAR coding for labour and parts reporting
- Optimize stock and balance RTF visits
- Identify opportunities and report to account managers
- Train super-users on Canon products and software
- Support the Canon Solution Business Strategy with customer needs
- Liaise with account managers on customer issues
