Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Saudi Arabia seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair diagnostic instrumentation in hospital and laboratory settings. You will deliver exceptional customer service, resolve technical issues, and ensure data quality and uptime across our instrument fleet.

Travel across the district, complete preventative maintenance, document repairs, and stay compliant with background checks and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing biomedical and laboratory electronics.
• Experience collaborating with internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and technical training on products.
• Repair, maintain, and install product lines.
• Complete on-time Preventative Maintenance and field modifications as needed.
• Travel throughout the district and document repairs and product failures.
• Maintain service logs, order parts, and manage cycle times.
• Develop and follow preventative maintenance procedures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
