Radiometer is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, and service Radiometer analyzers for the installed base in Saudi Arabia. You will perform advanced diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and customer training to ensure optimal performance.
The role requires 3–5 years in healthcare field service, a degree in biomedical or related engineering, and strong networking/IT skills, including Windows platforms and middleware/LIS connectivity.

The Field Service Engineer for Radiometer is responsible for ensuring Customer Excellence through troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance, and service repair needs on Radiometer analyzers. The FSE is an external representative of Radiometer and must convey a keen sense of expertise in Radiometer products, services and capabilities and serve as a key educator to our customer business accounts. This position is part of the Customer Support function located in Arar-Northern Border, Saudi Arabia.
