Job summary

Drägerwerk AG & Co. KGaA is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Saudi Arabia responsible for the life cycle of medical devices, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and corrective actions to ensure user and patient safety.

You will generate revenue and value-added services in collaboration with customers. The role emphasizes English proficiency, biomedical engineering grounding, and strong documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent.
• At least practical training in Biomedical Engineering & Medical Devices.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• 20% Perform corrective repairs / maintenance visits
• 15% Execute technical corrective actions
• 20% Generate and develop revenue and DVA in area of responsibility
• 5% Support installation team, provide basic orientation training (BIO)
• 5% Feedback quality situation and issues from field to Service and Quality Management
• 5% Maintain and update installed database of medical devices and related information in area of responsibility
• 20% Maintain medical device records according to Draeger standards and local regulations
• 5% Provide support to sales and marketing (replacements, special sales programs, demos,congresses, exhibitions, workshops, etc.)
• 5% Represent Draeger Arabia in front of customer whenever is requested

The Job Responsibilities

Purpose of Function:

Perform with sole responsibility all tasks in Life Cycle of devices (installation, maintenance, repair, corrective actions, etc.)

as directed (geographically, by product line, by task, etc.) to ensure safety of patients and users.

Generate and develop revenue and DVA for LCS business (service, contracts, accessories, etc.) in cooperation with internal and external customers.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
