Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Pre-seller within the KSA sales team to maximize product reach and maintain distribution quality. The role focuses on selling the full range to an agreed customer list, following merchandising standards and ensuring timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales with strong communication, negotiation, and basic accounting skills, plus the ability to manage daily routes and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree or Equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years’ Experience in Sales & Account building.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation and conflict management abilities.
• Solid sales planning capabilities.
• Basic accounting skills for invoicing and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Sell the full range of products to an agreed list of customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain stock levels to minimize out-of-stocks.
• Follow daily route plans and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide supervisor with market information and attend training to improve professionalism.
