Job summary

rawaj-hcm is seeking a Field Operations Manager to plan, coordinate and oversee field activities across Hajj operations. You will ensure readiness, optimal resource use, service quality and safe execution during peak periods, working with internal teams, partners and suppliers.

The role requires a bachelor’s in operations management or related field and at least 5 years in operations or field operations. You will monitor performance, manage risks and drive continuous improvement for field sites,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in operations or field ops.
• Experience in planning, readiness and resource management.
• Experience managing teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute field operational plans for Hajj operations.
• Oversee day-to-day field operations across Holy Sites, camps and assigned areas.
• Coordinate manpower, resources, logistics and operational support.
• Manage field teams, partners and suppliers to meet service requirements.
• Monitor performance, KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Identify and manage operational risks and emergencies.
• Prepare operational reports and provide actionable insights.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and quality.
