Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 8–14 years of relevant experience in civil/industrial construction.
• Experience supervising subcontractors and/or direct-hire workforce.
• Ability to communicate effectively and mentor others.
• Knowledge of safety norms and quality standards on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field construction operations within assigned discipline or area.
• Coordinate contractor workforce and operational plans.
• Ensure work complies with specifications, design changes, and budgets.
• Review submittals, safety plans, and schedules for compliance.
• Prepare daily progress reports and forecasts for management.
• Lead training and development of junior staff and ensure safety compliance.
