Bechtel Corporation seeks a Civil/Concrete Construction Supervisor for the Ar Rjum Gold Project in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee civil and concrete work, coordinating with the main contractor to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on a greenfield mining site.

• Experience supervising civil and concrete construction activities on large-scale projects.
• Ability to coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, HSE and Construction teams.
• Strong planning and resource-forecasting skills to meet milestones.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise civil and concrete construction activities in the Plant area, safely and efficiently.
• Plan, direct and monitor contractor activities to meet schedules and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, HSE and Construction teams.
• Review workforce, equipment and material needs to meet milestones.
• Coordinate with contractor to administer planning and engineering aspects.
