Job summary

Bechtel Corporation seeks a Civil/Concrete Construction Supervisor for the Ar-Rjum Gold Project in Saudi Arabia. You will supervise civil and concrete works, coordinate with engineering and procurement, and ensure IFC drawings and contract standards are met on a major greenfield project.

Responsibilities include leading a high-performance team, managing safety, schedule adherence, and productive execution through EPCM oversight.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering degree with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia and GCC.
• Knowledge of EPC civil construction practices.
• Experience with Aconex, Navisworks, Unifier and Teamwork's.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Proficient MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil and concrete construction in Plant area safely and efficiently.
• Direct contractor activities to meet schedules and contract obligations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, HSE and Construction teams.
• Ensure IFC drawings, specifications, codes and procedures are followed.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and resource needs.
• Lead development of a high-performance civil project team.
• Support final turnover of project to the customer.
