Job summary

FieldCore, a GE Vernova Field Services team, seeks a Field Intern in Saudi Arabia to learn the fundamentals of turbine and generator products under experienced supervision. You will gain hands-on experience on site, support with planning and logistics, and contribute to outages and overhauls while completing required safety training.

Qualifications

• Students currently enrolled in engineering programs and returning to studies after the internship.
• Open to current students who will be returning to their in-class studies after the work term.

Responsibilities

• Learn fundamentals of Turbines and Generator product lines and complete required safety training.
• Develop skill in FieldCore web-based applications.
• Perform site work with direct instruction and supervision.
• Assist planning, scheduling, and cost-control activities for field overhauls.
• Support Field Team with parts orders and logistics for outages.
• Provide remote and on-site support to the FieldCore team.
• General technical/admin assistance to the Ops team.
• Receive and route customer calls.
• Expedite purchasing and shipping for overhaul jobs.
