Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Lead TFA within FieldCore to manage site activities, plan resources, and coordinate labor, tools, and technical staff at customer power facilities. You will apply engineering concepts to complex issues, make onsite decisions, and ensure compliance with GE safety standards.

The role requires level III training, 7+ years in field services or power generation maintenance, and strong English proficiency. Extensive travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Technical/university degree or equivalent experience; 4+ years field services if no degree
• 7+ years field services or power generation equipment maintenance experience
• Level III training completed
• Strong ability to read electrical/mechanical diagrams and perform alignment and calibration

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate site activities to meet contractual requirements
• Install systems and equipment and perform preventive maintenance
• Respond to emergency repairs and service requests at customer sites
• Provide on-site technical instruction and assistance to customer personnel
• Prepare technical reports, quotations, and job status updates for customers
• Sign off on changes and drive field service excellence and safety compliance
• Travel extensively to projects and be willing to work holidays or overtime
• Coach and mentor team members on field engineering practices
