Job summary

FieldCore is seeking a Lead TFA to manage site activities, coordinate labor and equipment, and ensure successful delivery at customer power facilities. The role emphasizes on-site installation, preventive maintenance, and timely technical support, with a strong safety culture and compliance with GE standards.

Candidates should have a technical degree or equivalent experience, 7+ years in field services, and Level III training completion. Willingness to travel extensively is required.

Qualifications

• Technical/university degree or qualifying experience is required.
• 7+ years in field services or power generation equipment maintenance.
• Completion of required level III training programs is required.
• Strong ability to read electrical/mechanical diagrams and interpret instrument layouts.
• English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate site activities to meet project scope and schedule.
• Install systems on site and perform preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration.
• Respond to emergency repairs and service requests at customer facilities.
• Provide technical guidance and training to customers on installation and operation.
