Job summary

Bechtel in Ras Al Khair, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Field Civil Engineer to lead supervision of highways and infrastructure on a major Ras Al Khair project. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-site execution while coordinating with multiple contractors and the client.

The role requires strong technical knowledge in earthworks, asphalt, reinforced concrete, and bridges, with Bechtel standards and a GCC context. Daily commuting from Jubail area may be involved.

Qualifications

• Recognized university degree in Civil / Structural Engineering and 2-5 years of experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience as a Site Engineer.
• Ability to read, interpret and review design drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of road works including asphalt, earthworks, drainage, and reinforced concrete structures.

Responsibilities

• Construction supervision of large scale highways and infrastructure projects through the full project life cycle.
• Review and approve shop drawings, vendor design packages, and QA/QC documentation.
• Maintain a zero accident policy on site and coordinate with safety programs.
