Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience in CRM management, preferably in services/fast moving goods or entertainment industries.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Highly organized with strong project management skills.
• Proven experience leading campaigns: strategy, coordination, activation, performance analysis, budget management.
• Digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools) to support product marketing efforts.
• Data Analysis: Analyzing product performance data, customer feedback, and market trends using tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau.
• UI/UX Principles: Awareness of UI/UX principles to collaborate with design teams and ensure user-friendly product features.
• Market and Competitive Analysis: Ability to conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis using tools.
• Presentation and Communication: Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts and product strategies to stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English / Arabic
