Job summary

You will operate and monitor essential facility systems to ensure continuous services including electricity, HVAC, water and sewage, and you will report faults and coordinate with maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years in facility services or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of facility systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor electrical, HVAC, water, and sewage systems.
• Conduct daily inspections of buildings and service areas.
• Record daily readings and maintain logs.
• Identify and report faults promptly.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors to prevent outages.
• Follow safety procedures and EHSS requirements.
