Job summary

Saudi Entertainment Ventures | SEVEN is seeking a Facilities Specialist to support daily site operations, inspections, and documentation control at our Medina facility. You will coordinate with IFM teams and contractors to ensure smooth facility performance.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or FM and 1–2 years of FM/building operations experience, with basic knowledge of MEP systems and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering or Facilities Management.
• 1–2 years' experience in FM or building operations.
• Basic knowledge of MEP systems.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily site walkthroughs and inspections
• Track preventive and reactive maintenance progress
• Update CAFM system with work order status
• Maintain asset register and documentation accuracy
• Support IFM supervisors and contractors with day-to-day site coordination
• Prepare reports and track KPIs and performance data
• Assist in emergency response and incident reporting
