Job summary

Nascom is seeking a Facilities Management Supervisor in Riyadh to oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery and compliance with health and safety. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience in facilities management.

Your responsibilities will include supervising service teams, implementing maintenance plans, conducting inspections, and preparing operational reports. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of facilities operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management or supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning, maintenance, and FM operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site service teams (cleaning, maintenance, and support services).
• Ensure implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Conduct regular inspections and monitor service quality.
• Assign daily tasks and follow up on team performance and productivity.
• Coordinate with clients or site representatives regarding feedback and complaints.
• Monitor use of materials, equipment, and operational supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Support and supervise subcontractors when required.
• Ensure facilities are maintained in optimal operational condition at all times.
