Job summary

Dar Al Riyadh Group in Jeddah seeks a Facility Inspector to monitor building facilities and MEP systems across multiple sites. Regular inspections, defect reporting, and compliance checks are core to the role.

You will prepare detailed inspection reports with photos, support preventive maintenance activities, and ensure safety standards are met while coordinating with contractors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services.
• Experience in facility inspection, maintenance supervision, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and inspection standards.
• Good understanding of safety regulations and preventive maintenance principles.
• Proficient in using inspection checklists, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspection sites.

Responsibilities

• Inspect building structures, MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems), and external areas.
