Job summary

FNRCO is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily facilities maintenance, ensuring reliable operation of building services. You will supervise technicians, allocate tasks, and drive preventive maintenance to maximize uptime.

The role requires a Technical Diploma in a mechanical/electrical/HVAC field and 5–8 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, with prior supervisory experience in commercial or residential settings. A strong focus on safety and reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or vocational qualification in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or related field.
• 5–8 years of practical facilities maintenance experience.
• Experience in a maintenance supervisory or management role.
• Hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities and allocate tasks to technicians and maintenance workers.
• Manage preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
• Coordinate with external maintenance contractors and service providers when required.
• Maintain maintenance records and prepare regular reports on completed and pending works.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
• Respond to urgent breakdowns and coordinate the required corrective actions.
• Monitor the quality of maintenance work and identify practical solutions to improve equipment reliability and reduce costs.
