Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a relevant discipline.
• 7–10 years of facility management experience.
• Strong leadership, reporting, planning, and technical coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily hard and soft facility management services.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is completed on time.
• Monitor service requests, work orders, complaints and emergency incidents.
• Supervise engineers, supervisors, technicians, cleaners and support personnel.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and operational meetings.
• Monitor utilities, energy consumption, asset condition and maintenance costs.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, Civil Defense and client requirements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, authorities and client representatives.
• Maintain business continuity and emergency-response readiness.
