Job summary

Confidential Company seeks a pricing professional to develop data-driven pricing strategies aligned with market dynamics and business objectives. You will conduct market research, build pricing models, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to implement pricing decisions.

The role requires 3–5 years in pricing/estimation for FM/OM/MEP or engineering projects, with strong Excel and cost-analysis skills to support tendering and commercial proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 3–5 years of pricing, estimation, tendering, or cost analysis in FM/OM/MEP or engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation methodologies, BOQ, tendering processes, and commercial proposals.
• Advanced Excel cost modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to translate technical specs, drawings, and requirements into cost estimates.
• Experience preparing technical and financial proposals for FM and O&M tenders.
• Familiarity with ERP, CAFM, and procurement processes is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: government/semi-government tenders experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Knowledge of MEP, asset management, and maintenance operations.
• Experience in FM and O&M projects is highly preferred.
