Confidential Company seeks a pricing professional to develop data-driven pricing strategies aligned with market dynamics and business objectives. You will conduct market research, build pricing models, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to implement pricing decisions.
The role requires 3–5 years in pricing/estimation for FM/OM/MEP or engineering projects, with strong Excel and cost-analysis skills to support tendering and commercial proposals.
Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies that align with market dynamics and business objectives
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify pricing opportunities and risks
Build and maintain complex pricing models incorporating cost structures customer segmentation and value drivers
Collaborate with sales marketing and product development teams to ensure pricing strategies are effectively communicated and executed
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pricing, estimation, tendering, or cost analysis within Facilities Management, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), MEP, or Engineering Projects.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation methodologies, BOQ preparation, tendering processes, and commercial proposal development.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including cost modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
Ability to review technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements and translate them into accurate cost estimates.
Experience in preparing technical and financial proposals for Facilities Management and O&M tenders.
Familiarity with ERP systems, CAFM platforms, and procurement processes is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in government and semi-government tenders in Saudi Arabia.
Knowledge of MEP systems, asset management, and maintenance operations.
Experience in Facilities Management and O&M projects is highly preferred.
