Job summary

Alturki Holding is seeking a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to support the preparation of accurate and competitive cost estimates for Facilities Management projects. You will review project scope, perform quantity take-offs, and develop detailed cost breakdowns to accompany tender submissions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 4 years in estimation or quantity surveying, with strong Excel skills and a solid analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in estimation or quantity surveying.
• Experience within the Facilities Management industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in estimation tools and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review project scope, specifications, and tender requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings, site surveys, and technical documentation.
• Develop detailed cost breakdowns covering labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
• Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with operations, technical, procurement, and finance teams to validate assumptions and methodologies.
• Assess cost risks and apply appropriate contingencies and allowances within estimates.
