Job summary

Confidential is seeking a General Services and Civil Works Supervisor to oversee daily delivery of maintenance, cleaning, logistics, and support services across facilities. You will supervise staff and contractors, control quality, cost, and schedule, and ensure work is safely and to standard.

You will lead civil works from planning to handover, review drawings and scopes, monitor progress and invoices, and coordinate with MEP teams. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or Facilities Management.
• 5-8 years in facilities management or civil works with supervisory experience.
• Safety certification (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) and PMP/FM certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily general services including cleaning, pest control, landscaping, waste management, transportation, and building support.
• Oversee civil, finishing, and renovation works and prepare simple work plans and schedules.
• Inspect site work for quality, materials, and compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate with MEP, electrical, and HVAC teams to avoid clashes and delays.
• Manage staff and contractors, monitor performance, budgets, and progress claims.
• Prepare cost estimates, purchase requests, and maintain records and as-built drawings.
