Job summary

KONE Saudi Arabia is seeking an energetic Facilities, Fleet & Administration Manager to lead end-to-end operations across all KSA sites. You will oversee offices, staff housing, vehicle fleet, travel, and admin services, while owning budgets, contracts and supplier performance.

You'll guide a multi-site team, deploy regional policies locally, drive cost savings, and ensure regulatory compliance in collaboration with Purchasing, Finance, HSE, HR and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 7 years facilities management experience across multiple sites.
• 4 years managing specialists and administrative teams.
• Contract management: SLA governance, renewals & supplier performance.
• Procurement & Finance process familiarity.
• KSA regulatory understanding: housing, licensing, regulators.
• SAP or equivalent ERP basics.
• MS Office; AI/LLM tools used daily.
• Strong report building, data analysis & presentation skills.
• Excellent English & Arabic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Runs the day-to-day operations of the department across KSA locations.
• Owns all department contracts and vendor relationships.
• Manages staff housing, fleet, travel and office services.
• Leads resourcing, performance reviews, and skills development.
• Drives cost savings and budget governance.
