Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to oversee service delivery across client sites, ensuring KPI/SLA achievement and strong tenant satisfaction. You will manage contracts, coordinate with leadership, and lead project teams through all lifecycle stages of built-out works in a large commercial setting.

Fluency in English and a minimum of 6 years in facilities management are preferred, with a proactive, customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in a Facilities Management role within a large commercial organization.
• Experience owning facilities contracts and supplier/contractor management.
• Quality Assurance knowledge and English fluency desirable; customer-focused with cultural awareness.
• Strong communication, leadership, teamwork, and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Site Leadership and stakeholders (Country Manager, HR, Finance, Legal, IT).
• Prepare and present Quarterly/Annual Business Review information to client satisfaction.
• Procure goods and services for client buildings via JLL sourcing teams.
• Negotiate terms with Landlords and ensure lease provisions are met.
• Plan space and update floor plans with client architect partners.
• Meet KPI and SLA targets defined in the contract.
• Lead project management during built-out phases with architects and contractors.
• Coach project teams, sub-contractors, and maintenance engineers throughout lifecycles.
• Conduct site inspections with Facility Team members.
• Oversee daily cleaning, HVAC, landscaping where present; ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee and control invoices and budgets in Oracle; forecast updates.
• Negotiate and maintain vendor contracts; plan internal fit-outs and installations.
• Manage furniture moves and office space planning.
• Supervise Reception and Office Services Coordinator; ensure safety compliance.
• Arrange fire evacuation and first aid training; liaise with security as needed.
