Job summary

Darkstone Arabia Ltd. is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee operations across project facilities, ensuring clean standards and safety compliance. You will manage staffing, schedules, waste management, and documentation while coordinating with camp management and HSE teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in housekeeping or facilities management, preferably in large industrial sites or construction camps, with strong leadership and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in facilities management or hospitality.
• 3–5 years of housekeeping or facilities management experience including supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in construction camps, industrial projects, or large facilities preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of housekeeping standards, waste management, hygiene, and HSE procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise housekeeping across offices, accommodation, welfare facilities, and warehouses.
• Prepare cleaning schedules and manpower allocation plans.
• Supervise foremen and ensure staffing and productivity.
• Conduct routine inspections and correct deficiencies.
• Coordinate with camp management, administration, facilities maintenance, and HSE teams.
• Monitor materials, tools, and equipment availability and use.
• Ensure waste segregation, collection, storage, and disposal per procedures.
• Maintain records, checklists, attendance, and performance reports.
• Investigate complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure PPE, hygiene, and safe working practices.
• Identify training needs and improve performance.
