Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is seeking a Fabricator III to organize and safely execute piping fabrication activities in alignment with plant requirements at our Saudi Arabia sites. The role emphasizes quality, adherence to specifications, and hands-on field execution.

Responsibilities include fabricating piping according to drawings and specs, operating heavy-duty tools, organizing materials, and logging progress, with opportunities to contribute to failure analysis investigations

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in Oil & Gas maintenance (high school).
• Minimum 2 years experience in Oil & Gas maintenance (diploma).
• Hold a valid certification issued by a recognized third-party body or accredited Saudi institute, attesting to qualifications and competency.

• Fabricate required piping or layout following job instructions, drawings, material specification and references from supervisor.
• Set up, align, and operate heavy-duty workshop tools to cut, thread and groove pipes and joints.
• Organize resources like material and equipment for pipe fabrication work.
• Ensure compliance of all specifications for pipe fabrication with quality.
• Execute job at site as well as in field.
• Keep track of ongoing pipe fabrication job.
• Log progress related to pipe fabrication and report to pipefitter supervisor.
• Support investigations for failure analysis of piping circuits.

upon plant requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate required piping or layout following job instructions, drawings,material specification and technical references from supervisor.
• Sets up, aligns, and operate heavy duty specialized workshop tools to cut,thread and groove all types of pipes and joints.
• Organize resources like material and equipment’s for pipe fabrication work
• Ensure compliance of all specification for pipe fabrication with quality
• Execute job at site as well as in field
• Keep track of ongoing pipe fabrication job
• Log all progress related to pipe fabrication job and report to pipefittersupervisor
• Support in investigation job for failure analysis of piping circuit
