Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Fabricator III to organize and execute piping fabrication safely and effectively according to plant needs. The role involves fabrication, setup of heavy tools, and on-site execution under supervision.

Qualifications include 4+ years in Oil & Gas maintenance and a valid third-party or Saudi institute certification. Diploma and High School education are acceptable foundations for this role.

Qualifications

• Oil & Gas maintenance experience required (minimum 4 years).
• Diploma or equivalent certification in related field preferred.
• Valid certification from a recognized body or Saudi institute needed.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate piping per job instructions, drawings, material specs and references.
• Set up, align, and operate heavy tools to cut, thread and groove pipes and joints.
• Organize materials and equipment for pipe fabrication work.
• Ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Execute work at site and in field as required.
• Monitor progress of pipe fabrication activities.
• Log progress and report to pipefitter supervisor.
• Assist investigations for piping circuit failure analysis.

KBR is looking for a Fabricator I to organize and execute the piping fabrication activities safely and effectively based upon plant requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate required piping or layout following job instructions, drawings,material specification and technical references from supervisor.
• Sets up, aligns, and operate heavy duty specialized workshop tools to cut,thread and groove all types of pipes and joints.
• Organize resources like material and equipment's for pipe fabrication work
• Ensure compliance of all specification for pipe fabrication with quality
• Execute job at site as well as in field
• Keep track of ongoing pipe fabrication job
• Log all progress related to pipe fabrication job and report to pipefittersupervisor
• Support in investigation job for failure analysis of piping circuit

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years'experience in Oil & Gasmaintenance - High School.
• Minimum 2 years'experience in Oil & Gasmaintenance - Diploma.
• Hold a valid certificationissued by a recognized third-party certification body or anaccredited Saudi institute,attesting to the individual'squalifications andcompetency to perform theworks.
