Job summary

Kempinski Hotel is seeking an Executive Assistant Manager for Food & Beverage to ensure the smooth operation of F&B departments and adherence to brand standards across the hotel. You will develop strategic plans, manage budgets and P&L, and coordinate with Revenue Management and Sales to maximize occupancy and profits while leading a high-performing F&B team focused on cost control and quality.

International experience in Gulf and Europe is essential, with English fluency; additional languages

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience as Director of F&B required.
• International experience in Gulf region and Europe essential.
• Training in various departments in international luxury hotels beneficial.
• English - excellent oral and written skills; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development and preparation of hotel strategic plan.
• Prepare budget and monitor revenues; P&L responsibility.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management and Sales to maximize F&B occupancy, average check and profits.
• Optimize revenue through sales-promoting activities and revenue management controls.
• Supervise labor cost controls within budget and occupancy variances to maximize productivity.
• Conduct interviews with potential future employees and build a capable team.
• Communicate strategy and targets to department heads and ensure implementation.
• Maintain up-to-date procedures for safety measures with Fire & Safety team.
