Career Land Center, LLC is seeking an experienced Cashier for an F&B company in Kuwait. The role focuses on accurate billing, cash handling, and delivering a positive guest experience at the point of payment.

The ideal candidate will have prior cashier or restaurant experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent English communication skills, with Arabic as a plus. Willingness to relocate to Kuwait is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cashier or similar role.
• Experience in restaurants/hospitality groups or high-volume F&B operations.
• Good knowledge of billing procedures, cash handling, and payment processing.
• Experience with POS systems is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest bills, payments, refunds, and transactions accurately and professionally.
• Process cash, card, and other approved payment methods according to company procedures.
• Ensure bills are correctly prepared, checked, and presented to guests.
• Maintain accurate cash float, daily sales records, and cashier reports.
• Balance cash, card slips, and system transactions at the end of each shift.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure correct billing and order charges.
• Handle guest inquiries related to bills and payments politely and efficiently.
• Report any billing errors, shortages, overages, or system issues to the supervisor or manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and work area.
• Follow company policies on cash handling, discounts, voids, refunds, and approvals.
• Support smooth guest flow during busy periods.
• Maintain confidentiality, honesty, and professionalism at all times.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
