Fakeeh Care Group seeks an Optical Retail Sales Associate in Jeddah to deliver high-quality optical services and drive sales, ensuring accurate prescriptions, proper insurance handling, and zero-defect orders. You will identify customer needs, upsell, and deliver a seamless, professional journey across frames, lenses, and accessories.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in optical retail.
• Diploma or Bachelor in Optics or related field.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic.

Responsabilités

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products (frames, lenses, CL, sunglasses).
• Drive conversion, upselling, Cross-selling and promotions execution.
• Achieving individual sales targets and supporting store performance.
• Deliver a professional end-to-end customer journey.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Build customer loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Read and interpret prescriptions accurately.
• Perform contact lenses fitting as per standards.
• Ensure correct dispensing and product selection.
• Process transactions accurately through POS system.
• Handle insurance approvals and invoicing (Wassel / NPHIES).
• Maintain stock accuracy and product safety.
• Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
• Verify prescription, lens specs, and frame alignment.
