Job summary

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a Senior Optician to drive high-value sales, ensure optical accuracy, and resolve complex customer issues. You will support the Store Manager in leading the team and achieving store targets, with on-floor coaching and involvement in onboarding new staff.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in optical retail, a relevant degree in optics, SCFHS licensure, and strong English/Arabic communication. Insurance, POS processes, and eye-care services expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in optical retail (senior level).
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Optics.
• SCFHS licensed or eligible for licensure.
